We're a Singapore based online fashion store founded in 2009. Our products consist of a wide range of hand-picked fashion forward ladies apparels, ranging from vintage wears to runway inspired pieces. We also bring in apparels inspired by popular fashion brands such as ASOS, Topshop, ZARA and many more.

TERMS OF USE/

Welcome to QUINCC online store. Please take some time to read through the following Terms before placing your orders. Do note that by placing an order, you are agreeing to all the Terms stated which are subjected to change at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCTS

Our products are sourced internationally from our own network of suppliers. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All products sold are non-refundable and exchangeable unless found defective. We will not be responsible for any mistake made in the invoice such as wrong product(s) or address stated so do double check your invoice before making any payment. All sale items are final sale.

PAYMENT

Buyer will be given 24 hours to make payment for their orders. Items not paid for within the time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. Do take note that by placing an order and checking out, it implies your intention of confirming the deal. All dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

We reserve the rights to detain and/or cancel your order if 1)buyer refuses to make full payment of products after placing an order, or 2)buyer is not able to provide us the receipt in the case when we are not able to verify your payment. In both cases, no refunds will be made.

We will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have made payment if you did not make any.

DELIVERY

We will not be held liable for lost parcels if buyer chooses to opt for normal postage. Registered postage are strongly encouraged at an additional SGD$2.50 or local courier at SGD$6.00 (flat rate) as they are both traceable. Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.

EXCHANGE

Please note that exchanges and credit notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.

Buyer is to contact us immediately and return item within 3 working days in new, unworn and unwashed condition with the original packaging (including plastic, tags and envelope) after our acknowledgment. All returns received after this period will be deem as void. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item(s) will be mail back via local courier with all postage costs borne by buyer.

We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns.

ORDER & DELIVERY/

HOW TO ORDER

- Select a category of your choice to browse through our products.
- Click on a specific product to enlarge image or view more product details.
- Add product to bag by clicking on the 'Add to Bag' button on product page.
- Product will be automatically added to your bag and the subtotal will be reflected on the top right hand corner of our site.
- You may repeat step 1 to continue browsing through our products.
- Review all products in your bag by clicking on 'View Shopping Bag' on the top right hand corner of our site.
- Finally when you have finished, proceed to checkout and choose your preferred delivery mode.
- Shipping cost will be calculated and shown underneath the cost of products.
- Click on 'Go To Payments' to fill in your shipping details and confirm your purchase.
- You'll be prompt to select your payment method on the next page. Immediate payment would be required for Internet Banking and Paypal.
- An auto generated invoice will be sent to your email after you have submitted your order.
- (For ATM users) Please refer to the payment details stated in the invoice and make your payment within the next 24 hours.
- If you did not receive the invoice within 5 minutes, do place your order again or email us at sales@quincc.com.

Do note that receiving an invoice does not secure you a piece of the item as our stock quantity is only updated every few hours.

PAYMENT MODE

We accept the following payment options:

1) DBS/ POSB Internet banking
2) DBS/ POSB ATM transfer/ cash deposit: Buyers must provide us with a clear snapshot of the receipt for verification purpose.
3) Interbank transfer: Verification will take up to 3 working days to process.
4) Paypal: Additional 4% + SGD0.50 service charge on top of any other charges.
5) Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) via Paypal

We strictly do not accept concealed cash or cash on delivery. If you do not have a ATM card, we recommend you do a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS branch.

DELIVERY MODE

We offer normal and registered postage via Singpost, and local courier by TAQBIN. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage at an additional SGD2.50, or courier at SGD6.00 flat to prevent lost parcels as it is the safest way to ensure your parcel reaches you.

I've clicked on the 'Add to Cart' button but the item doesn't appear in my cart!
The item is most probably sold out. You may contact us to check on the availability of the product or join our waiting list to be inform once stocks are available.

DELIVERY

I've made payment. When will my items be mailed out?
Parcels will be mailed out within 3 working days after verification of payment. To verify your payment, please email us with a clear snapshot of your receipt or revert with your Internet Banking name.

I didn't receive my parcel even though it was mailed out a week ago!
Do drop us an email with the item(s) purchased, your name and mailing address. We will contact SingPost regarding your parcel and get back to you once we receive any updates from their side.

What is the difference between normal and registered postage?
Normal postage is sent just like regular letters to your mail box. Buyers would have to bear the risk as it is impossible to track the parcel should it get lost. Whereas, registered parcel comes with tracking number and is delivered right to your doorstep.
