TERMS OF USE/


Welcome to QUINCC online store. Please take some time to read through the following Terms before placing your orders. Do note that by placing an order, you are agreeing to all the Terms stated which are subjected to change at any time without prior notice.


PRODUCTS

Our products are sourced internationally from our own network of suppliers. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All products sold are non-refundable and exchangeable unless found defective. We will not be responsible for any mistake made in the invoice such as wrong product(s) or address stated so do double check your invoice before making any payment. All sale items are final sale.


PAYMENT

Buyer will be given 24 hours to make payment for their orders. Items not paid for within the time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. Do take note that by placing an order and checking out, it implies your intention of confirming the deal. All dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

We reserve the rights to detain and/or cancel your order if 1)buyer refuses to make full payment of products after placing an order, or 2)buyer is not able to provide us the receipt in the case when we are not able to verify your payment. In both cases, no refunds will be made.

We will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have made payment if you did not make any.


DELIVERY

We will not be held liable for lost parcels if buyer chooses to opt for normal postage. Registered postage are strongly encouraged at an additional SGD$2.50 or local courier at SGD$6.00 (flat rate) as they are both traceable. Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request.


EXCHANGE

Please note that exchanges and credit notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.

Buyer is to contact us immediately and return item within 3 working days in new, unworn and unwashed condition with the original packaging (including plastic, tags and envelope) after our acknowledgment. All returns received after this period will be deem as void. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item(s) will be mail back via local courier with all postage costs borne by buyer.

We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns.
