ORDER & DELIVERY/
HOW TO ORDER
- Select a category of your choice to browse through our products.
- Click on a specific product to enlarge image or view more product details.
- Add product to bag by clicking on the 'Add to Bag' button on product page.
- Product will be automatically added to your bag and the subtotal will be reflected on the top right hand corner of our site.
- You may repeat step 1 to continue browsing through our products.
- Review all products in your bag by clicking on 'View Shopping Bag' on the top right hand corner of our site.
- Finally when you have finished, proceed to checkout and choose your preferred delivery mode.
- Shipping cost will be calculated and shown underneath the cost of products.
- Click on 'Go To Payments' to fill in your shipping details and confirm your purchase.
- You'll be prompt to select your payment method on the next page. Immediate payment would be required for Internet Banking and Paypal.
- An auto generated invoice will be sent to your email after you have submitted your order.
- (For ATM users) Please refer to the payment details stated in the invoice and make your payment within the next 24 hours.
- If you did not receive the invoice within 5 minutes, do place your order again or email us at sales@quincc.com.
Do note that receiving an invoice does not secure you a piece of the item as our stock quantity is only updated every few hours.
PAYMENT MODE
We accept the following payment options:
1) DBS/ POSB Internet banking
2) DBS/ POSB ATM transfer/ cash deposit: Buyers must provide us with a clear snapshot of the receipt for verification purpose.
3) Interbank transfer: Verification will take up to 3 working days to process.
4) Paypal: Additional 4% + SGD0.50 service charge on top of any other charges.
5) Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) via Paypal
We strictly do not accept concealed cash or cash on delivery. If you do not have a ATM card, we recommend you do a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS branch.
DELIVERY MODE
We offer normal and registered postage via Singpost, and local courier by TAQBIN. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage at an additional SGD2.50, or courier at SGD6.00 flat to prevent lost parcels as it is the safest way to ensure your parcel reaches you.
